Investment Options

  • Contributing to the National fund: €750,000 or €600,000 – Contribute €750,000 to Malta after 1 year of residency, or €600,000 after 3 years of residency. An additional €50,000 is required for each family member. Additional requirements include:
    • Applicants must either purchase a property valued at a minimum of €700,000 or secure a rental contract of at least €16,000 per year, both for a duration of 5 years.
    • The main applicant must donate €10,000 to a registered cultural, philanthropic, sports, or artistic NGO, as approved by the Komunita Malta Agency.
